Kenz89,
Curious you mentioned installing files to avoide OGA notification. This may be causing the problems which you are experiencing. What program did you physically install to bypass the OGA process? Find that physical file and delete it.
Please submit a service request with Microsoft Product Support. Include your Product Key for Office so that we may analyze specifics surrounding the problems you are encountering. Then run the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Test (MGADT) again for inclusion with the support incident. This will enable us to review current information after the changes you made. Once this is completed, please reply back to this post and provide the SR # generated by the service request . Also in your service request let them know you have installed a program to bypass the OGA Process.Microsoft Help and Support:

Hello Kenz89,
Here is a snippet of your mgadiag report:
OGA Notifications Data-->
Cached Result: 103
Version: 1.7.105.35
WGATray.exe Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002
OGAAddin.dll Signed By: Microsoft
I think if we can clear that cached result, it will stop the OGA notifications that you are seeing when you open Office 2007 programs.
Please visit http://www.microsoft.com/genuine and clicked on the "Validate Office" button. After Office validates, please restart, then open an Office program to see if the cache was cleared.
Post back to let us know how you did :-)

Kenz,
Please visit http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag/ and locate the start diagnostics again. Follow all the steps. You may have some errors if so the diagnostic tool should pick this up and offer you to make a repair. Restart your computer and then try again ok.
Thank you,
Stephen
