  • Hi Sumit,

    You can query using the CRMAF_ to enable automatic pre-filtering of your report data.

    Please refer to this link for details.

    I hope this helps. If my response answered your question, please mark the response as an answer and also vote as helpful.

  • Hi

    If you are using fetch xml then

    enableprefiltering="true"

    or

    enableprefiltering="1"

  • Hi, thanks you all for replying.

    I am very new to CRM and SSRS both. I have to display all information about a record of an entity.

    For example : I have Employee entity(custom entity) in my project. Now I need to display Salary Slip for selected Employee from a ActiveEmplyeeView.

    For this I created a parametric  SSRS report and import that into crm.

    Now when I run the report it asks for EmployeeId at top of the report.

    I want that Employeeid should be of selected record from the view.

    More clear I want just select the record and click on the run report on ribbon and salary slip for that Employee should be displayed.

    Hope you can understand my problem.

  • Sumit , prefiltering  will help you set the context (selected employee here) in which you want to the report to run.

    Please look at this link with details(check out section named 'Enabling Data Pre-filtering in Fetch-based Reports' in case you are using fetch based reports else Sql-Based Reports section)

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg328288.aspx

    Thanks

    Sonal.
