  • Among the various ways our customers can purchase our services is by retainer. Our retainers allow customers to receive service from different resources with different hourly rates (e.g., depot service and three different seniority levels for technicians) with specified billing increments. CRM contracts would be ideal except that there doesn't seem to be away to draw against the amount paid for the retainer based on the category of resource assigned. For each case, the amount to be drawn against the retainer will be in $ rather than time or number of cases, and the value will be based on the hourly rate of the specific resource assigned to the case in 15-minute increments. Is there a way to set up this kind of contract out-of-the-box?
