  this forum is about the operating system Windows Home Server, so your question here is offtopic.
  
  This being said:
  Outlook Express and Outlook are different programs. The later one is part of the MS Office Suite and not part of a normal Windows installation.
  So without the required software you may not be able to synchronize.
