Dear Avneesh,
Since you intend to use Lead, you need to create a relationship between lead and case and on the case record have a non-required field that is the lead lookup, then when you open a lead record you will see associated cases. Ensure that the relationship is
referential between lead and case and not parental.
However if you convert lead to a contracted customer account, the cases created in respect to lead may not be visible.
