Upgrade to XP from ME 2000

Question
-
According to the XP home website I qualify for a free upgrade to XP from Windows ME 2000.
However, I can't find any access point for downloading the Upgrade software and I just go back and forth/around in circles.
How can I get the free upgrade?

Order Windows XP from one of these retailers today -- or order directly from Microsoft.

Okay. So the XP website uses deceptive language or is just plain inaccurate.
If that is the case what is the best way to acquire the upgrade software?

Robert D Butler Jr,
Could you link to or copy/paste the language that leads you to believe that you are enetitled to a free upgrade to Windows XP?
