My email has been hijacked as of Jan 14, 15, and 16. and password changed.

  My answer to secret question has also been changed by persons unknown.  I have contacted Microsoft at Windows Live Email Support, 866-910-8547, but they have not helped me. Hijackers have asked my CONTACTs to send $2800 to me in London at 82 Sydenham Road, ZIP SE26-5JX.  None have done this.
  I want to get into my CONTACT file to copy it and open a new email account.  I am 81 and not too computer savvy.  I just do email and play games.
