I just had a client who has performed a Bulk Delete on Accounts. He was trying to delete some Activities, and inadvertently deleted all Accounts.
I walked him through creating a support request to request a restore.
Are there any other options for getting in touch with the people who will respond to the online support request? Or does the client have to wait for a phone call? Any idea what the Service Level Agreement on critical support calls like this for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional?

You can also have the customer call 1-877-CRM-CHOICE (877-276-2464).
Depending on what the user put on the severity of the web-based service case, the support team usually follows-up via the phone within a couple of hours (during normal business hours 8am - 8pm CST)
