I am a Dynamics NAV consultant integrating to CRM 2011 using Dynamics Connector. I want to integrate a CRM order to NAV, this is out the box with the configurator, however my question is this:
How do I integrate free text lines to NAV? My NAV Order will typically have a product line, followed by several free text description lines as separate records. As CRM is the place where the order will originate I would have though the free text lines should
be created in CRM and integrated to NAV as text lines. My CRM Partner tells me that the only way to achieve this is by creating separate Write In products in CRM, one by one, by filling out the write in product form. This seems a very strange user experience
to me. Could anyone please shed some light on this?
