Hi,
When trying make an incoming call to OCS. I am getting the error 400 invalid contact information.
Both the destination and originator are E164 and exist.
Any advise on where to start to fix this issue??
Thanks again,
Alex.

Are both the 'TelephoneNumber' attribute on the user's AD account and LineURI on OCS properties properly filled?
Can you run Logging on the mediation server for S4 , InboundRouting and SIP stack with ALL flags and see what you are getting in that?
Are you trying to dial a number from MOC client? if so, when you start typing the number in communicator, does it enumerate the correct format?
Also check the 'Company_Phone_Number_Normalization_Rules.txt' and see what is being published in that.
HTH
James.
