Related column info missing from Export to Excel RRS feed

  • We have a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 1.1 on-premise deployment.

    Every once in a while, when exporting a static worksheet to Excel from a CRM view, columns that contain related entity data are empty (i.e. in an Opportunity view, the Main Phone from the Potential Customer's Account record).

    Typically, if you export a few times, the columns will eventually populate. This occurs for all users in all organizations, in all environments... but only intermittently. Today, for example, one user was unable to get the columns to populate while I had no issue.

    Is this a known issue? If so, is there a resolution?
