Dynamic CRM 2011 Checkboxes

Question
-
I have found so many threads regarding the creation of checkboxes, and none of them I get working.
Also found some saying that the http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en/crm/thread/fcfcbe74-f691-42b6-ab0e-56ae42c17e89
is not working anymore since the latest rollup.
Can anyone verify - is that link working (and is it working in the latest rollup?) or is it some other way to get checkboxes into my entity?Wednesday, May 22, 2013 12:46 PM

Out of the box this isn't possible but with an additional field and some JavaScript you can make it happen.

Hi,
You can create a checkbox field in crm .
->Create a field of type "Two Options".
->Add that field to your entity form and double click on the field to change it's property.
->It will open a field property dialog. Go to formatting tab.
->There is a dropdown for "how you would like this field to display".
->Select Check Box.
Dont forget to save and publish your customization.
Thanks,
Kabita
