Do we need a connector to integrate CRM Online and Sharepoint Online or does it work all out of the box ?

i just wanted to know if we stick to CRM Online and Sharepoint Online , do we need a connector for the same like micro soft list component or Cloud Connector for Office 365 and SharePoint 2013 - Data Integration & Migration. or Using a third party solution: Procentrix: ProLink or does it work all out of the box ?

If you use CRM Online and SharePoint Online you can connect the two using Server to Server integration and you do not install the list component.
