I was wondering if someone was able to explain the difference between a professional licence has to a basic one? I am probably after how people normally licence CRM. I'm guessing not all users are Professional ones. I've seen "On Premise
Licencing and Pricing Guide" just I wasn't sure what, read only, meant for run workflows.
There is a requirement to create some workflows (guessing a professional licence), and for basic users to still be able to be a part of the workflow i.e. approve something. It is this functionality that we can't quite figure out, whether basic allows
approvals.
Any help in this area would be great
