cannot access Internet Options" from tool menu RRS feed

    I have tried several things and still cannot access IO from the "tools" menu.  I also got the following " DHCP server FAILED"  Does this make any sense?

    Did you try to go to Start -> Run..., type "control inetcpl.cpl" and hit ENTER?
    The DHCP server failure is not related to the Internet Explorer problem you've mentioned, it is a network problem.
