Want to subscribe but can't! RRS feed

    I follow screen after screen of instructions to subscribe - when I come to the Windows Live ID, I enter my info.  the next screen comes up with error boxes, then a full screen that says "We are experiencing problems with Live id please try later - well several months back I had the same problem which is why my trial ended without a suscription and I really have no idea what to do next.  If MS doesn't want to sell it to me, I wll have to go to another software ,,,

    honerblower,

     

    This sounds like more of a Windows Live ID issue then it does a OneCare issue.

     

    You can remove your Internet Explorer temporary files to see if that fixes it.

     

    Open Internet Explorer, Tools Menu, and click on Internet options.

    On the General Tab, under browsing history, click Delete.

    Click the files that you would like to delete or click on delete all.

     

    Close out of all your IE sessions and reopen Internet Explorer and try to resubscribe to OneCare.

    You can purchase OneCare at a retail store and use the key from inside the box to activate a subscription. You can also use another retail key to renew when your subscription is up for renewal.
