Product key has been blocked- Windows Small Business Server 2011 Essentials RRS feed

  • Sorry if this post is in the wrong place, but I could not find a forum for WGA issues on Server OS.

    We have a client who purchased Windows Small Business Server 2011 Essentials (Retail) from a local consultant, and is now having problems with activation(among many other things...).

    What triggered this is we discovered the previous consultant sold them a 6yr old server as new, and also screwed up the OS so bad(the event log was all red...)nothing would work properly so we decided to replace the server and re-install the OS on the new server. We were suspicious of this key all along, since consultant was not able to provide us with a COA, but assured it was 'legit'.

    I suspect this key is pirated/invalid for resale, but I was hoping someone could have a look at the MAGDiag report and confirm this for me.
