ICE 2.03 crashes on Windows 10

  Doesn't matter what version of Windows 10 I run ICE on, it crashes almost instantly (no error message - only a quiet and tension-filled few seconds of freezing almost right after startup, followed by a quick death)

  Tried some compatibility setting with Windows 7, 8 & Vista - with no luck.

  Please update to add proper and stable support on Windows 10!!
