Wrong forum as this is for Windows Home Server, but this works for a while:
Kill the GWX process using task manager
Rename the GWX folder in Windows, System 32 to something like GWX_Old
Hide the W10 update in "Windows Update".
This works for a while until it recreates a new GWX folder and you have to start again!
