  • Some background info...

I purchased the disks from my sister. She installed 1 of 3 installs on her laptop. I installed 2 of 3 on one of my computers a while back, then installed 3 of 3 on a second computer more recently

I acknowledge the possibility that my sister may have used more than one install, but I was hoping someone could read through the diagnostic report and validate

    Thank you for your response.

I followed your instructions and spoke directly with a computer

I learned that Microsoft does not feel that my latest install is in accordance with the end user license agreement... bla bla bla

what I still don't know is WHY

    what specifically is the issue?

  • Update...

I called again and pushed through to a live human and I was ultimately successful in getting a valid activation code.

    Thank you
