Can't download an audiobook without a windows media player security upgrade. RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm trying to download an audiobook from the local library and I am being told that I need a Windows Media Player Security Upgrade. However, when it opens the media player I get this error message: To play the file, Windows Media Player must obtain a license from the Internet. However, the license server is currently not available. Try again later. I've been trying for 3 days and I keep getting the same message.

I'm further confused because I don't want to use Windows media player - I use Itunes.

Thanks for any help you can offer.
