Transfering Custom Report from CRM 3.0 to CRM 4.0

Question
-
Hello CRM Experts,
We have just upgraded to CRM 4.0 from version 3.0. So far the upgrade went well; we have the new Report Server up and running too.
Is there a specific instruction to move all the custom reports from CRM 3.0 to CRM 4.0? I know we use DownloadReports.exe and PublishReports.exe in CRM 3.0, but such functions are not available in version 4.0 if I'm not mistaken.
Could someone please clarify me on this one?
Thanks in advanced for your help!

Tiaan thanks for your reply!
I'm giving it a try but running into some snags. I tried running the downloadreports.exe on my CRM 3.0 server and for some reason it gives error message that it is not a valid Win32 application. Then I copied the executable from the CRM 3.0 CD and it never recognizes our organization name. I'm guessing it's because of the '_' character in our organization name..
I'm still trying to figure this out and I'll let you know.
Thanks again,

Hi Elizabeth,
I think you might need to create your custom reports in 4.0 and associate the new report with the rdl using the Existing File rather than Report Wizard feature. It has been a while since I did an upgrade.
