    I am allready using Norton anti-virus and if i want to install the one care program I will need to uninstall norton. my question is, will the new program also offer fraud monitoring on my tool bar  or not?

    One Care does not add fraud monitoring. Internet Explorer7 has a built in Phishing Filter which adds protection from known fraudulent websites.
