Add users from another domain RRS feed

    Hello,
    In an AD domain tree:
    Top
     - A
     - B

    And CRM is installed on B. Am I supposed to be able to add users from A? Trust exists.

    Found in the Implementation Guide that I am:

    ·         For users who are accessing Microsoft Dynamics CRM from another domain, a one-way trust must exist where the user domain trusts the domain where the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server computer is located.

     

    It just doesn't seem to work in my implementation..... I select add multiple users, but I can only see local domain users.

    Does anyone got any idea why?

    Can you add a single user and specify domain\username?

    Hi Karlo!

     

    I tried what you suggested and it finds the user but it fails when I try to save. The error message is just:

    An error has occured.

    Try this action again......

     

    The error occurs every time.

    Vladimir's solution here: http://forums.microsoft.com/Dynamics/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=3968983&SiteID=27&mode=1 helped me with the add single user error, but I still can't search in all of the domain when adding multiple users...
