    Can you tell me how to change the key assignments for the existing built-in keyboards for various languages in Win 7 ?

    Some of the keys assigned to type the characters are very inconvenient and wrongly patterned. Changing just the assignments will greatly transform the keyboard for quick & easy typing. 

    For example : the letter E is assigned to type "aa" in one language and the letter V is assigned the sound "ma". I would like to change these assignments conveniently, in combination with other keys also if required, for phonetic typing using the same Unicode as of now.

    Please help.
