    I've passed a certification exam on Monday 19 but I don't see my certification on my dashboard. The certification manager says "It can take up to 7 business days after achieving a new certification for the certificate to become available for download or purchase. ", this time has passed and I don't see the certificate. My transcript shows that I´ve completed the certification successfully, so I'm not sure why I cant still see the certificate.

    Check the score report online.

    If the score report is there and the certification is not on your transcript after two weeks, I would contact the Regional Service Centre (RSC) either by telephone or email and they will be able to track it and fix it for you.
