Off Topic: need some help on a trojan.

  i have a trojan on my computer and alot of the programs i have tried will detect it and quarintine it. but when i reboot my computer it is there again. im not sure what it is but it renames my cd rom drive and i loose my 3.5 floppy drive. can anyone help me out so i can fix this? i have a new hard drive ready to slap in if needed.
