Taking 70-410 will not give you MTA Certification, for MTA you need to take some of the MTA exams which are listed here http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/mta-certification.aspx
To get MCSA you need to take a set of exams 70-410, 70-411 and 70-412 as you can find here http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/mcsa-windows-server-certification.aspx

Also, note that you are not "limited" in any way. You may take any exam at any time. Even though some documents in the Microsoft website depict a certification pyramid with the MTA exams at the bottom, this does not mean that you must necessarily start at the bottom. You may get started with the MCSA exams if you think that you are qualified for them, without taking any of the entry-level MTA exams.

Hi, UltiNoob.
No - you are not limited to any exam because you are just getting started.
Anyone can purchase and take any Microsoft exam, so long as they haven't passed it already.
Please know that the MTA exams are easier than the MCSE exams, such as 70-410.
Please use Marek's links below (thanks, Marek!) to learn more about the exams.
Good luck!
