Streets & Trips won't open after download to tablet

  ok, I am not computer savy enough - ordered the 2011 S & T for husband for fathers day. He has 2006 on his laptop which worked fine. Purchased samsung Galaxy tablet. Purchased and downloaded S & T 2011.  After download message "cannot open file"  Any suggestions.  I am not familiar with the tablet enough to know troubleshooting.  Any suggestions?
