Job,
The report is showing that your computer was manufactured by GBT, are they a computer manufacturer in Great Britian? I have seen several reports with GBT listed as a manufacturer.
If so, they should be able to supply you with a replacement CD.
Are you saying that the Product Key being show by the report is the same as what is on the Certificate of Authenticity?

If you open up this link: www.microsoft.com/genuine and click Validate Windows, when you fail it should give you a button that says "Get Genuine" if you click the button it should lead you to where you can order a WGA kit.Tuesday, June 20, 2006 1:30 PMModerator
