  • Hi there.  I hope someone can help me as my problem is starting to really get to me. 

    I ordered Windows Live Onecare and just before my renewal date was up I cancelled my subscription.  All was well and was told that it was cancelled so as far as I knew, that was it.  However I checked my bank statement and noticed that a payment was taken for Windows Live Onecare.  So I contacted them and was told it was thier mistake and that I will be refunded.  However that was on the 5 May 2008 and we are now into June so can someone help me find a UK phone number so I can get this sorted.  I have tried creating support logs but I can no longer do this, it doesn't recognise my Windows Live ID.  I have even downloaded a trial version and this still doesn't let me create a support log.  Argh!  Can someone help me!!!

    Official path to customer service is to use the option as a trial user to open an email support case -

  • Hi, can you send me an email with a UK telephone number as well as none of the other options provided by microsoft or the billing email work correctly.

    help.live.com ends up in an endless redirection loop


    How about just enabling cancellation via billing.microsoft.com?

    I do wish that they would allow cancellation via the Billing site - I mean, you are logged in and can see the subscription, how hard can it be to present a phone number to you there? In any event, send me an email and I'll get back to you.
