Hello sjarrell,
Your Diagnostic Report indicates a Trusted Store tamper. This is usually a fairly rare issue and because it is rare, we have little information on what causes it. We know that it can sometimes be caused a semi-incompatible driver, but we have alsoe seen it caused by a Malware infection.
Since you just changed hardware, I recommend confirming you have the most current drivers, for that hardware, installed. I also recommend scanning your system with a anti-virus program (multiple scans by multiple diffrent AV programs is best).
As for activation, have you tried both method of Activation? Over the Internet and By Phone?
Thank you,
