Error configuring Outlook CRM Client RRS feed

  • Hi, When I try to configure the outlook client I get the following error message.

  • Is this 4.0 or 3.0?  Did you get it solved?  If it is 4.0, there is a diagnostic tool installed when you install the client--go start/programs/microsoft crm 4.0/diagnostic tool.  Run it--it may help you find what is causing the problem.
