re: Taking the right Microsoft test: A+, MOS, MCSE, MCP or MCSA RRS feed

  • Hi,

I obtained an A.S. Degree in Network Administration back in 2014, but never did anything with the degree.  At the time, I lived in south Florida and found it hard to get an Internship or an Entry Level position because I did not have any hands on experience (minimal troubleshooting experience).  My background has been in the Office Administrative Support since I began working at 15 years old. I became interested in computers when I worked at the Library of congress back in 1997. My interest in the IT world is geared towards the Office End-user side. I just need to know which test are the most updated tests that I need to take now. I am aware that due to new technologies some exams are outdated.  I want to make sure I'm not just wasting money on my first certification and then it not meaning anything.    Thank you for your help!
