Live One care shows in the red. Symantics and Norton Live update RRS feed

    My live one care keeps showing red at risks when I open detail it states that some symantics programs are still running and need to be removed before uninstalling Norton Live Update. When I go to programs there are no symantic programs or Norton. So I go back to OneCare and hit uninstall Norton Live update and it automatically goes to check for solution to this problem or cancel program. ANd won't let me do anything to uninstall something I don't see I have. Please help!
