  Hello AMIR AL-NAQEEB,

  I believe you must have received a test report from your testing center. Please keep that with you, and wait atleast 2 weeks for mail from Microsoft  it will contain all the information required by you along with the link to your transcript. Your profile page will also contain the passed certificate. Just in case if you don't receive mail from MS in 2 weeks you should contact your nearest Regional Service Center (RSC). Cheers :)
