i can,t download backup file there is an error.I can,t fill out the form i receive in my email from tax office,though i downloaded adobe reader.

  Hi, i can,t download the  file back up which  appears the cone on the screen with a red cross on it there is an error such as (0x8000000A).

  The other problem is though i downloaded the adobe reader file i can,t fill out the form from tax office.The form is very small i can,t make it bigger

  and i can,t
