TROUBLE LOGGING IN FROM AUSTRALIA, PROBLEM FIRST NOTICED 12 May 09:00 (GMT +10)
I have just experienced difficulties logging into the Software Assurance (SA) eLearning site this morning (Sydney time). I was able to log in successfully Friday afternoon. Below are the steps that I followed. I also figured out a work-around, but as I am training other employees at my company on SA eLearning, so it would be nice to have a good login experience for less experienced users.
I have bookmarked this page to start my Software Assurance learning experience:
https://business.microsoftelearning.com/default.aspx
But when I attempt to login using my Live account from my SA employer, I get sent to this page:
http://www.microsoft.com/australia/404.htm
On Friday 9 May Sydney time I was able to login successfully.
A WORKAROUNDAfter the error page, I navigate to here to provide feedback:
http://support.microsoft.com/gp/ContactUsLearn?sd=lrn&LN=en-au
Next I click on the second bullet, to give feedback. That takes me to here.
http://forums.community.microsoft.com/en-US/LearningManagerBug/threads/
I then open a second tab (IE 7) , and take that tab back to the SA eLearning home page:
https://business.microsoftelearning.com/default.aspx
Again I click the Sign In button, but the signed-in session (from giving feedback) is accepted. I am able to navigate My Learning, My Learning Catalog, My Achievement, etc. as normal.
Thanks in advance for any assistance

Thanks for responding and splitting this into a separate thread. I'll contact our SA team within MS-AU for assistance.
What did help this morning was to clear the cookies. It should almost be a default rule: "When in doubt, clear the cookies."

The "clear cookies" work around is no longer working. I'll email Australia Volume Licensing Support for assistance.
Thanks and regards
