  • MY WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER AS STOPED WORKING IT SAYS IT NEEDS VALIDATING BUT WHEN I CLICK ON IT IT THEN SAYS IT HASENT WORKED

    1. Download and run the MGA Diagnostic Tool:

    2. After running the MGA Diagnostic Tool, click
        on the "Windows" tab and then click on "Copy".

    3. Next, visit the following website and create a post in the
        "WGA Validation Problems" forum and paste the
        results of the WGA Diagnostic Data in a detailed post.

  • Hello Nickay,

     

    Are you receiving any error codes of any sort?  Please vist http://www.microsoft.com/genuine. Next in the upper right hand corner locate "Validate Windows" and double click. Also please follow the guidance Carey provided and post your diagnostic test results back in this thread.  Thank you.
