My hard drive died and I replaced it and re-imaged a backup to it now windows is not genuine

I imaged to a new hard drive an image I made with Acronis after my old drive died and it gives me this windows is not genuine msg with error code 0x8004fe21.
I ran the diagnostic prgm and here are the results...hope you can help me, I can't even get windows updates it says the service isn't started but it is when I check it and when I stop and start it it doesn't help.(on top of the not genuine msg). This computer was bought with home premium and I used an anything upgrade to win7pro.
