Server info using powershell script

Question
-
Hi Guys,
I am working on powershell scripts. I need to get the below output, the drives should show up dynamically based on the drives in the given servers list. Can someone help me on this. normally we can get the output but embedding them in html report and drives in header label that became tough part for me. please redirect to right forum if this is not right forum.
Thanks,
Anil
