    I'm getting an error like below when importing the Organization

    It shouldn't be a problem with CRM in specific. This is something to do with windows snap-in manager. Check by restarting snap-in.

    Hi,

    This may arise when CRM and SQL is not connected,

    Restart the SQL and CRM services and make sure SSMS gets connected with database.
