MS Streets & Trip 2010 installed on new PC, but exceeded number of times you can activate

  Installed Streets & Trips 2010 on new PC, and tried to activate, but got this:

  Product key already in use... "According to our records, the number of times you can activate Streets & Trips with this product key has been exceeded."

  HOWEVER, I purchased the software new in a retail store and I'm the only person ever using it on ONE PC at a time.  I've had several new PC's since I originally purchased the software.  

  Called the number provided 866-740-1256, but of course they don't offer support for this product.

  HOW CAN I DEACTIVATE ALL PREVIOUS INSTALLS AND REACTIVATE THIS ON MY ONE NEW PC?
