SIP Address in AD not matching SIP address in Exchange RRS feed

  • We rolled out OCS to a small part of the business this morning, but some of the users login addresses (SIP addresses) don't match the right domain.  I went through and updated their SIP addresses in Exchange, but cannot get AD to recognize the changes.

    How can I get AD to pull the updated SIP address?

  • Actually, I figured it out myself.  I was changing the SIP address in the wrong place.

    While dealing with the Exchange Server and the Domain Controller, I totally overlooked the OCS server... duh.  Once there, I was able to open MMC, add the AD Users and Computers, and the Properties show the OCS info under Communications.

    Was able to verify domain there.
