Outlook 2007 shown as "Not Avaliable" in Office Basic 2007 install

Question
-
I am unable to resolve an installation issue with OfficeBasic. I have OEM software which I recieved an a free upgrade from Office 2003 since I purchased my PC just prior to the Office 2007 release.
When I attempt to install it, I can install all of the components except for Outlook 2007. This is shown as "Not Avaliable" with a red X. All of the other components install correctly and work correctly. When I did the validation procedure in the FAQ section it seemed to work as well.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I have had this issue for over a year and this site seems to be the first thing I have found that may actually solve this issue.
Thank you,
Richard

Sounds like maybe the older version of Office you have didn't include Outlook and therefore you cannot upgrade it.Friday, May 9, 2008 9:35 PM
