Importing SalesForce contacts into CRM 2011 Online RRS feed

    I keep getting failures when i try to import. 

    I export from salesforce as a CSV file, then when i import into crm, it gives me failures for every row.  When i import, i map the salesforce fields to the crm fields.  Now some fields arent relavant so i ignore them.

     

    Any guides or advice?

    Hello,

    First, export a CSV template from CRM and populate that template with data from your SalesForce csv. Also, I recommend you manually map the fields and it should work.
