Making a hub RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have just signed up for One Care. I only have one computer on at present and I want to make that computer a hub before adding others. The directions are:

To make a computer a hub PC:
    1. Open Windows Live OneCare.
    2. Click Manage your OneCare circle.
    3. Click Make this PC a hub PC.
    4. Enter the Windows Live ID (The e-mail address and password that you use to sign in to Windows Live programs and services such as Windows Live Hotmail and Windows Live Messenger; Microsoft services such as Xbox, MSN, and Office Live; and anywhere else that you see the Windows Live ID logo.) that you used to install OneCare, and then click Sign in.
The problem I have is that after completing step 2 I do not see "Make this pc a pc hub". How do I make this pc a hub?

    Thanks

    Jerry

  • Since you only have one PC on your subscription, there is no capability to make the single PC a hub PC. Once you activate a 2nd PC, you should have that capability.
