  • You need to create an incoming and outgoing profile. Incoming profile will be using exchange and outgoing profile will use smtp.

    Here is useful link.

The last step of the configuration let you test the profiles. Just make sure, some of the user's record should be setup to use email router for sending and receiving email.

    I hope this helps.

  • Hi Amreek,

Thank you very much for ur information.

If I have got the mails in Queue i need to convert them into the Cases. For that I am using the System workflow. How can i check the conditions in workflow for Out-of-office mails and undeliverable mails. Bcs its need to require to convert the Cases.

Please let me know If you need any more information.

    Thanks,

  • There are two ways to do it.

You can setup a rule on exchange  to move those emails to some to somewhere else(like undeliverable).

or in your workflow check if the subject of the email contains "out of office" and don't convert them.

    I hope this helps.
