When will the bugged Editor features be fixed?

  Especially the list buttons (Unordered and Ordered List) are not producing the expected results since a long time (always treat the entire text as one paragraph instead of handling the marked lines). This makes it hard to provide answers in a good readable style without digging in the HTML code.
