To help me better understand the problem you encountered, please provide the following information:
1. Which version, service pack level and processor architecture (i.e. 32-bit vs 64-bit) of Windows your computer is running on? You may find the information by going to the System applet in the Control Panel. If the Control Panel is in the Category
view mode, you may pick the "See basic information about your computer" task under the "Performance and Maintenance" category on Windows XP, or the "Review your computer's status" task under the "System and Security" category on Windows Vista or Windows

2. Which version of Microsoft .NET Framework is installed on your computer? You may find the information by going to the "Programs and Features" applet in the Control Panel on Vista or Windows 7, or the "Add or Remove Programs" applet in the Control Panel
on XP. On Windows Vista or Windows 7, if the Control Panel is in the Category view mode, you may pick the "Uninstall a program" task under the "Programs" category.
